Roadmap

NOTE:

• All phases will have to be completed in the written order, but their tasks may not be executed in the written order.

• The team will pay attention to holder opinions and ideas in the private DAO channels during the development process.

• Roadmap is subject to (minor) changes in order to pivot the project to more profitable direction.

Phase 0: Pre-mint Preparation & Development

• [DONE] Create software requirement specification (SRS) Describe in details everything about the software concept and business model to educate our NFT holders to learn more about their investment.

• [DONE] Create Roadmap Create a high-level overview of sections and tasks to complete so the community can see the direction that we are going.

• [DONE] Draw high quality NFT art The goal is to keep them simple and minimalistic but still pleasant for the eye to see and cool as PFP. You can have the best looking NFT in the world, but it will be worthless if the project is bad; so please invest in the team – not the art.

• [DONE] Build a website Create a website that shows a medium summary of the whole project for investors and new potential users.

• [IN PROGRESS] Create & build the community on Discord Community is our vital part, join us here and become a part of our family!

• [IN PROGRESS] Create & build up the community on social media Re-iterate the process of constantly posting updates, news and spread project awareness on Instagram and Twitter accounts.

• [IN PROGRESS] Launch iDateBabes NFT collection Raise funding from mint. Show transparency of work & funds, create AMA, enable holders to access private section to keep track of our work in progress in real time and immediately begin working on Phase 1.

Phase 1: Post-mint Preparation & Launch

• Listing on secondary marketplace iDateBabes NFT collection will be listed automatically only on OpenSea.

• Project concept development Founders compose a talented team of software engineers, artists, project managers and quality assurance testers together to make the project a reality.

• iDateBabes token contract release Founders organize a team of economists specialized in crypto, who will carefully construct and propose an efficient Tokenomics ecosystem, that will be approved by the Founders and community of iDateBabes DAO holders. Official release of Token Contract Address.

• Create a Trello board using Scrum methodology The board is created by the project Founders, which will later be tracked and managed by project managers. This board can be accessed in read-only state by NFT holders who own X (TBD how many) amount of iDateBabes NFTs.

• Create Gitlab repository Project Founders will create a development repository, assign strict permissions to individual employees, highly secure it and monitor it.

• Create rarity system Our software engineers will develop rarity system on our website for everyone to check the rarity of our NFTs.

• NFT staking The NFT staking smart contract provides passive income to holders along with other benefits. The longer staking period you choose, the more income you will get. We'll focus on developing staking before the platform, so our 💎👐 holders can benefit the most.

• Develop & launch the production website Develop an aesthetically pleasing website for end users.

• Develop & launch a mobile app Develop a convenient mobile (Android & iOS) app for end users.

• Press release articles Publish articles, blogs and news reviewing our project in popular crypto media groups and resources.

• Developer & user documentation Write documentation for developers after the software is built, and also simple video or text tutorials for users to learn how to use the platform.

Phase 2: Expansion

• Private Alpha test of the mobile app After the prototype gets tested and approved to be functional by our quality assurance testers, the website and mobile app can be tested by the community of our DAO holders, if they want to.

• Release to production of the mobile app The whole world is now ready to use the mobile app of the software.

• Launch marketing campaign Conduct a naturally effective marketing campaign across the most popular social media platforms.

• Staff team Founders hire talented people to help monitor user activity on the website and mobile app, provide user support, handle reports and approve or deny applications for the girlfriend role.

• Donation to charities iDateBabes would like to contribute uniting men and women and make this world a better place. The team will donate some of the proceeds to Men's Mental Health Issues charity, and also Support Women Against Domestic Violence charity.

• Partnerships Our plans are ambitious, but we move step by step in order to ensure the success of business as best as possible, and we want the best for our community. That is why we will start partnerships with well known and respected projects in the space. We understand the importance of marketing and plan to continue driving hype around the project using powerful marketing campaigns.

Phase 3: Updates and Maintenance

• Maintenance of the web and mobile app Since we are expected to be gaining more and more users at this point, our engineers will be dedicated to monitoring app and server performance and quickly react in case of issues.

• Update: upgrade the relationship status Boyfriends will have the ability to upgrade their relationship status from "girlfriend" to "engaged" or "wife" package, that will increase subscription costs but give extra additional benefits (to the boyfriend) which are defined by his girlfriend.

• Update: "allowance" money Give boyfriends the option to tip their girlfriends extra money if they feel generous enough. Tipping will be labeled as "allowance" money in the ecosystem.

• Update: suggested by DAO community Any additional updates and features suggested by DAO will be added to our list and the founders will post announcement for DAO members to vote for the next feature update.

Phase 4 (Sneak Peek): Launch a "Family" Collection

• Create a family iDateBabes can have another collection which will be the descendant to the first one. Another collection because we might exceed our mint funds budget of the first one. This collection will allow boyfriends to virtually start a family and have children with their girlfriends, if they were married (upgraded to "wife" package). The name for this collection is TBD.

• "Family" ecosystem Once upgraded to family package, the benefits of boyfriend is to be able to earn iDateBabes token, or earn accumulative % of his tokens back. This would still keep the business profitable, and therefore incentivize the boyfriend to remain longer in the system and thus spend more, instead of canceling his subscription. If the subscription gets canceled, the boyfriend loses his tokens (or earnings, as a form of "divorce") which get returned back and split between the girlfriend (wife), iDateBabes business, and you, the holders.

• Holder Whitelist access All genesis (iDateBabes NFT) collection holders are guaranteed to have whitelist access to mint this collection. Depending on the success (to this point) of the project, remaining mint funds and earned funds through the service, the mint for second collection will either be free or cheap. If possible (depending on circumstances in that point in time), the mint will be guarded as whitelist-only, meaning there will be no public sale, in which case holders will massively benefit.
