Safety Requirements
User safety, privacy and security
Since we require KYC verification (only for the Girlfriend role and only once during sign up) on our platform, user's private information, security and safety is our first thing on the list to take care of. We value everyone who decides to use our platform and comply to the GDPR regulation. Everyone is allowed to have pseudo names as well as delete their account and data information whenever they want to.
Bad user behavior
Bad behavior can mean several things. In order to handle safety for everyone using the platform, while trying not to impose too much control because we're in Web3, we would classify bad user behavior in two categories:
Harmless behavior
Potentially harmful behavior
Harmless behavior
Harmless, which is still bad user behavior, would be rudeness, offensive swearing, making fun of (someone) and so on. We believe this is harmless behavior because it should have no major negative impact onto mature adult's life.
This can be handled by reporting the user who is imposing the bad behavior of this type, and further actions will be handled by our staff team. Punishment for harmless behavior will give strikes to the user, where three strikes will disable the user's account.
After the account gets disabled, reports will be forwarded to administrator who will decide on further actions for that account (either permanent ban or the account gets re-enabled).
Potentially harmful behavior
We take this type of behavior very seriously. Harmful behavior would be classified as threats, blackmail, leaking private information or media files without consent, sending illegal media files, intentionally trying to ruin someone's life and so on. We believe this to be harmful behavior because it could potentially have major impact onto anyone's life.
Reporting the user (no matter if it's girlfriend or boyfriend), will get that user permanently banned without warning or strikes.
